Seeing for the Blind
Seeing for the Blind

The mission of seeing for the blind

Seeing for the blind is aimed at both legally and fully blind users and is especially directed towards people who have become blind after birth.

This invention provides the user with a better sense of navigation, thereby greatly improving their lives. Seeing for the Blind is different and especially impactful because it is inexpensive to produce, provides the most comprehensive mental map for the user’s surroundings, and can be deployed for blind people in third world countries like India.

Once the user has this device, it makes them independent, i.e., they don’t need other visual aids, and can obtain a full understanding of the surroundings.
